Ethiopia: Levels of Belief
The Lord really spoke something into me today. There are different levels of belief or different kinds of belief. You can believe with your head. You think it. You can believe with your heart. You feel it. And you can believe with your spirit. You know that you know.
I think we believe in different degrees. We're like the man who said, "I believe but help my unbelief." Some things we believe "in part." But other things we believe with "all of being."
And then there are things that get into our spirit and become part of our DNA. They are core convictions. I preached one of those core convictions today: God is in the business of strategically positioning us in the right place at the right time. I believe that with my mind and heart and spirit. I believe that with all of who I am. I think we need fewer thoughts and more convictions.
