We had pancakes for dinner tonight. The kids asked for strawberry pancakes which was a first and Lora had cut up some watermelon so I decided to experiment with watermelon pancakes. I wonder how many people in the world have had watermelon pancakes? In case you were wondering, strawberry pancakes are pretty good. Watermelon pancakes. Well, there is a good reason why I've never heard of anyone eating watermelon pancakes. Not so good :)
