Fast Company did a series of interviews this month asking people about their passion. I love what Rick Stevens said. "When I'm in Europe, I'm breathing straight oxygen. I'm 10 years younger. I'm bolting out of bed in the morning, making new friends, learning new things, putting the puzzle together." Rick feel in love with Europe and wrote his first guidebook in 1980. He now hosts a TV program, publishes 80 guidebooks, and has a team that leads 300 tours a year.

What makes you breathe easier or feel younger?

Passion is pure oxygen. It is the thing that inspires us! Without it we expire.
