cheesecake
I just had some cheesecake made by Pat Thomas who does hospitality at our Union Station location. Lora's first response was, "Wow." That pretty well sums it up. I'm a huge Cheesecake Factory fan, but the Cheesecake Factory doesn't have anything over Pat's cheesecake. A-mazing.
Actually, if you're reading this blog, Pat, I'm not sure if I liked it or not. You might need to make me three or four more cheesecakes so I can make sure :)

I don't know a single person that would argue against the statement "Pat makes the best cheescake in the world" - and even if there is someone out there that would do that, they are insane.
As a member of Alpha, I have had a couple opportunities to taste the cheescake and WOW is a really good word to descride it.

I'm glad you and Lora liked the cheesecake! I'm really glad everyone who have eaten them likes them so much! I really enjoy baking them. I'm so glad that I have "the gift of cheesecake baking" to share and will be delighted to bake you a couple different kind of sample cheesecakes so that you "can decide whether or not you like them."
