Josh at the leadership blog just posted his top five podcasts. The theaterchurch.com podcast was one of them. I'm going to check the others out.
I've been subscribing to the Mosaic podcast as well. I love Erwin McManus! I listened to last week's podcast while I worked out on Wednesday.

I like McManus too. I also like Rob Bell's sermons at Mars Hill Church. They don't have podcasts set up, but you can download the mp3 of the sermon for free.
McManus, Bell, Batterson. These are the three I currently "work out" to. There's enough food for thought there to last a long time.

I'd recommend Bell for biceps, McManus on benchpress, and Batterson for the dumb bells :)
