The View

Looking South

I spent most of the day praying on the rooftop of Ebenezers, out coffeehouse on Capitol Hill. I thought I'd share a panoramic view of Washington, DC from the corner of 2nd and F Streets, NE.

For what it's worth, the view west has three buildings from left to right: The Federal Judiciary Building, Union Station, and Station Place.

For those who aren't familiar with DC, Ebenezers actually forms the Northwest corner of the Capitol Hill Historic District. We're six blocks from the Capitol. Unfotunately, the view of the dome is blocked by the Federal Judiciary building.

Man! What an incredibly stategic place. We cannot wait to come visit next time we get to DC . . . in the meantime, we are praying God uses it in amazing ways!
