Multi-Site Gathering
I'm headed out to Dallas for a few days. We're part of the Multi-Site Gathering convened by the Leadership Network.
Excited about zooming out and dreaming about where we're headed as a church (theaterchurch.com). We launch a third location in January--our coffeehouse on Capitol Hill. And we're gearing up for another theater launch somewhere in northwest Washington, DC next fall.
I have a simple formula that has really proved true in my life and ministry:
Change of Pace + Change of Place = Change of Perspective
Sometimes you have to change your rhythm or change your location to see things in a new way. I love these multi-site gatherings because they do both. Right at the top of our agenda is dreaming about our coffeehouse gatherings which will launch in January 2006.

I think you should come up the red line and do a new location in Montgomery County.
