Ocean Sunrise
Is there anything more beautiful than a sunrise over the Atlantic ocean? Probably the only thing that comes close is a sunset over the Pacific.
Our Upward Bound retreat is at a hotel that overlooks the beach in Ocean City, MD.
There is something about the ocean that reestablishes my spiritual equilibrium. Add a sunrise to the mix and I'm good to go.
