Zone Leaders
I spent part of this evening brainstorming with our zone leaders for our annual leadership retreat. What an amazing group of leaders! They are so creative and so committed.
We'll have 60+ groups next semester! I still remember when our first "community group" multiplied. We were so excited about giving people two options instead of one :) We have tremendous momentum in our small groups right now and it boils down to our leadership.
We have a pretty simple philosophy when it comes to small groups. We do groups in semesters and it's a free market system which encourages leaders to get a vision from God and go for it.
