I'm so excited about our Spring Semester that just kicked off.
I'm already beginning to hear the buzz about some of our new groups. We've got an interest group called Just Shoot Me that focuses on photography. Cool stuff. And we launched a Youth Small Group last night. I think that group marks the beginning of a new chapter at NCC. We don't have many teens because we're 73% single twenty-somethings. But I think that small group will result in a youth group. And Ebenezers is a cool space that gives us room to grow the group.
I think our free market approach to small groups is part of us sustaining an entreprenurial culture at NCC. We encourage our leaders to get a vision from God and go for it. I love seeing our leaders disciple people via pursuing God-ordained passions and God-ordained dreams!

We just a launched a youth small group as well out here in Orange County, CA. It will definitely help grow a youth group. We call our iStudy.
