We do half of them in house and outsource about half of them. Josh Karrer, our church planter in residence, did these tickets.

since there are almost never enough tickets available for the 11:00 service, maybe you should have a certain number available for each service. Just a thought.

We're allotting them evenly :)

Not too many coffeehouse mentors out there :) We talked with a few people along the way, but we have sort of done it by machete--just finding our way through the thick jungle :)
