I've spent most of my day catching up on three days of emails and decisions. Plus we had our walk-through with our contractors today. So I'm swimming in the deep end this afternoon. But then I got this email. Nothing like a little encouragment in the middle of a long day to remind you of why you're doing what you're doing.

You cannot possibly imagine how blessed I've been since I've joined NCC. The messages are thought-provoking and belly-laugh-causing, the people are generous and genuine and the values stick to me like chunky peanut butter.

I love that last line--values that stick like chunky peanut butter :)
