Just finished one of my meeting days. I try to schedule all of my meetings on Tuesdays and Thusdays. Mondays and Fridays are focus days.

I've got to admit, meetings often drain me. But not today.

I started the day meeting with a friend who needed a sounding board. He's the kind of person that you try to encourage but you always feel like you're the one who got encouraged :)

I met with someone in the acting business who is exploring faith and attending NCC. We have alot of actors at NCC so I'm really hoping we can develop an Ebenezer Theater of some sort.

I met with a local pastor whose church meets in a movie theater. Really felt a kindred spirit.

I met with a guy who is exploring faith issues. Sometimes I take it for granted, but it's an amazing privilege to be someone that people turn to in tough times. I really felt like it was a God-ordained meeting.

Then I met with one of our NCC leaders. I never cease to marvel at the unique body of believers called National Community Church. I love the diverse passions God has given to us.

I'm calling it a day :)
