It felt even further than it looks in this picture :)
A few years ago I missed an opportunity to jump off a cliff in Jamaica and I've always regretted it. In fact, I did an article for Catalst Monthly titled Jump off a Cliff last month that referenced it.
When I was in the Galapagos I checked cliff jumping off my life goal list. On our last day in the Galapagos we went to Las Grietas and I jumped off a forty foot cliff. I was as scared as I've ever been, but what a rush of adrenaline.
My heart was pumping for hours!

Wow!!! That's awesome. You be brave.
cliff jumping is one of the most amazing things to do. I love it. Keep going higher! It gets better the next time, and even better if your higher each time. Trust me!
Kind of blows a big hole through the old mom argument: "So if [insert name] told you to jump off a cliff..."
Just wanted to drop a line to let you know that I have had a blast reading the briefings of your trip to Ecuador...I'm an m.k. who grew up in Quito, where my family still resides. Many missionaries have been relocated in recent years, as many churches have been planted throughout the country. SO fun to hear of your adventures in ministry (I have yet to make it to the islands)!
I, myself, am a mom working in music ministry and business, striving every day to figure life out on this continent.(= I have followed your blog for quite some time, having been linked about a year ago by Brenton Balvin. Just wanted to say thank you for being so open concerning the ways God is using you as a powerful tool in the advancement of His Kingdom. It has been a great source of encouragement. I look forward to the book release. Que Dios le bendiga! Peace & Love.
