Upcoming Seminar
Just a reminder about the Right-Brain Preaching seminar we're hosting on October 19. We're tag-teaming with Nelson Searcy and the crew from The Journey Church in New York City. We'll host two half-day seminars @ Ebenezers--our coffeehouse on Capitol Hill.
Journey will host the morning seminar on assimilation.
Here is a brief description of our afternoon seminar: right-brain preaching.
Looking forward to a highly interactive experience.
You'll walk away with:
The 7 Steps to Branding Your Sermon Series
How to put together a One-Year Preaching Strategy
How to utilize Emerging Technology to supplement your sermons
How to Shoot, Edit, and Produce Videos to supplement your sermons
How to use word-of-mouth and word-of-mouse to promote series
The 3 Laws of Right-Brain Preaching

Mark, I am not in the area (I live in NE) and won't be able to make the trip. However, I would love to be able to buy a set of DVD's of the seminar. Will that be available? Hey, I would even settle for a podcast.
Thanks!
Good question :) I'll try to find out the answer to that question from our seminar coordinator!
Great! Thanks! BTW - I read you everyday and find your comments to be a great encouragement to me in my ministry. I am a bi-vo planter of a hispanic church. I don't have a lot of mentors or a huge support network in ministry, but I feel almost like you and people like Gary Lamb, Dave Ferguson, etc are almost like virtual mentors through your blogs. Thanks!
Mark - I second the request for a DVD set. If you're doing it at Ebenezer's you've got all the gear to record. I loved your branding session at Buzz this spring and would love this type of expanded session.
Here is your third request for a DVD...Actually, I asked about a CD or DVD set the first time you talked about this conference a few weeks ago!
Is there a fourth :)
We'll definitely see what we can pull off. It's at our coffeehouse where we tape our services in high-def anyways so we should be able to package something.
And Philip...I love the term "virtual mentor."
Mark
I would like to be the 4th! I really enjoy your blog and your podcast.
