1000 copies
Just got an email from Multnomah. I'm not sure how many books amazon.com ordered to begin with, but they just placed another order for a 1000 copies. I guess that is pretty rare for a new release or a new author.
The good news is that you won't have to wait till December to get them shipped. I got alot of emails from folks who didn't order books because the shipping date has shifted from October 9 to December 11. Amazon should be re-stocked by the end of the week.
