What a whirlwind week. It sold so many copies on amazon.com that the shipping date moved from October 9 to December 10.
So here's the deal. We're confident that we can supply their stock and bump that shipping date right back up. Sorry for the inconvenience. It's a good problem. I know some of you hesitated ordering the book because of the shipping date.
We'll get it remedied ASAP.

The book is shipped, but Multnomah is telling me mid-month or even end of October for some bookstores. I don't want to over-promise but the books are on trucks or airplanes somewhere :)

im still having probles getting the book, amazon uk cant seem to get it for me
Frustrating.
We're still trying to get to the bottom of it. I'll let you know when I find something out. If all else fails we'll be getting our copies soon and we can mail you one :)
