Had our annual Staff Christmas Party tonight. We've outgrown our homes so we ate at Bucca Di Beppo. Gotta love family style--all you can eat.
As our staff gets larger it gets more challenging to stay connected relationally with everyone on the team. That's why I love staff get togethers, conferences, and our play and pray retreat. They are out of the routine opporunities to just hang out and enjoy each other's company.
I've said it a thousand times, but how much you enjoy ministry depends on who you're doing ministry with! Grateful for our team! I always want to do ministry with people I want to do life with!
