Service Update
This past weekend, 3 of our services were standing room only. So our team did a little brainstorming today. We're going to add some folding chairs to the Grand Theater @ Union Station this weekend as a band-aid. Hopefully that'll accomodate a few more folks. We also have a few extra seats at our 7:07 @ Ebenezers and our 10:30 @ Ballston.
We came up with several options to accomodate growth. We'll add another service somehow someway. But we really want to survey NCC this weekend so it's not a blind decision.

interesting how many churches go through the same thing at the same time! We're in the exact same boat and looking for a creative solution as well. We surveyed this past week and are going to survey this coming week to get a feel and watch attendance another couple of weeks, then pull the trigger. We were going to wait until Easter but we're having a similar situation (very crowded) so we're gonna have to move quickly. This is a good problem to have!
How are you surveying? Do you have a form? Do you use a kiosk? We are facing a 8:30 am service that is mostly the over 50 crowd and attended by 50 people. Then our 2nd service at 9:45 has about 250 and our third service at 11:00 has about 250 and they are both full. We aren't being sucessful with the 8:30 service and are wondering about moving it to 12:00 or later or Saturday night or something. So that is why we are wanting to survey also.
