The Big Idea
Hung out with Dave Ferguson and the crew from Community Christian Church this morning. They are in town doing a multi-site practicum. A few years ago we did recon at CCC and implemented The Big Idea. Every week our creative team brainstorms and implements a big idea. Dave, along with Jon Ferguson and Eric Bramlett, literally wrote the book.

We're exploring the possibility of tag-teaming with the New Thing Network and CCC to do a midwest and east coast version of The Big Idea Practicum in Chicago and DC. Love to help some other creative teams learn how to brand their sermon series. I'll keep you in the loop. I basically want to be part of anything CCC is part of :) Love their team. And they really helped us make the transition to multi-site so we owe them a huge debt of gratitude.
