Let The Games Begin
Our team has an offsite meeting today at the National Cathedral. One of my favorite DC hangouts. We're beginning to brainstorm about launching our next location. Starting to get that adrenaline rush! I feel like one of the twelve spies that did recon in the Promised Land. We'll do some praying and planning--get the lay of the land. And eventually we'll figure out our fourth location.
Gotta admit--I love multi-site.
I'm a big believer in leadership longevity--I want to pastor one church for life. But I love multi-site because once a church planter always a church planter. It scratches my entreprenurial itch.

Rome, GA would be a great 4th location for NCC...I even know a pastor there that would love to come on board...

Asheville, NC sounds good to me. A retreat in the mountains. I bet I know a few staff that would definately come on board.
Have you thought about planting a church in the Northwest?
