Washington Times

Every Monday the Washington Times features an area church on page 2--it's called The Capital Pulpit. Pretty cool that a major newspaper promotes churches that way! I think this is our fourth feature in the past six years.

Free advertising is the best advertising! And I've learned that you never know the way God is going to use a media impression. Got a call today from someone at the Whitehouse saying thanks for the article. No, it wasn't GWB.

Mark - on my way to work this morning, a fellow commuter opened his paper and your mug jumped out at me. It was really funny. I wanted to say something to the guy but I didn't. So fun.

Praise God for divine doors! Excited to a part of this one body of Christ--and He's the ONE Lord over all of it. He's just opening amazing doors for the church to impact this world!
