Buzz Europe

I usually don't blog about stuff that might not happen, but I'm so energized by this idea I can't help myself. We've been dialoguing with a new church plant in Edinburgh, Scotland called Eikon about the idea of taking the Buzz Conference across the pond to Europe. Actually, it was their idea. And I love the idea.

Praying about possibilities!

It would be great to see Buzz on this side of the Atlantic.

I'd love to see it happen! How about Prague! It is way central to everything, and I wouldn't have to travel! Praying it happens on this side of the pond!

Will be good if you make it over here. Your book's already known about.

Hey Mark

I met you a few months ago, we are church planters in Raleigh and I brought my staff by to see your church and you came out and say hey. Well we are in the process of partenering with a church plant right on the Royal Mile as well right by the university in Edinburgh, with an AG missionary. All that to say I think the Buzz would be amazing there. Thanks for your heart bro, as we keep pluging along on this church plant journey.

I know of another church plant who might be interested while you are there - Mosaic Edinburgh. My husband and I spent last September there helping him with some creative, admin & organizational stuff as he prepares to launch.

I'll email you his contact info. It is one of the most beautiful places in the world. You absolutely have to go up to Authur's Seat to pray over the city!

Our church just did some work with Eikon this summer. We were able to help them with some of the building that they needed at their new location. We also partnered with another church. The teams blog is... www.scotlandteam.blogspot.com

Pastor Mark,
I just browsed through Eikon's site and came across their Eye of the Tiger and ipod spoof video! OH MY. Have you seen it? It is titled Be Yourself.

Still chuckling.

Laura,

Oh yeah! It's hilarious! One of the actors is my cousin-in-law, Dave Schmidgall. Look out Hollywood.

Mark
