Just got the word from Jim Johnston at Lifeway that the Chase the Lion small group resource is on its way to 130 Lifeway stores! Just wanted to say a huge thanks to the the Threads team! I'm absolutely stoked about small groups chasing lions together. I think our dreams are so intimate that sometimes we're afraid of sharing them with others. So the dream dies a lonely death! But when you verbalize a dream to a group of people it becomes a supernatural catalyst in your life. I love the thought of small groups facing fears, taking risks, and overcoming adversity together!

man, Mark thanks for being so inspiring. I've been reading your blog ever since i saw ur web on the top 20 communicators piece on christianitytoday.com.
Sometimes i wonder if i should drop my dream or not. I finished and graduated from pharmacy school and my dream is music for Jesus--win a grammy for Christ! that's how good I believe Jesus is in me! "Go after a dream that is destined to fail without divine intervention"--right?
...secular, christian market..i could care less..just wanna use music to touch the lives of people-to touch the image of God in each person and let them be aware of the vibrant life awaiting any person...and your Holy Spirit inspired words just keep me going..thanks for sharing your dreams with the rest of us!

I'll be stopping by my local Lifeway store in the next week to hopefully grab a copy. I want to be a professional Lion Chaser.
