Off to Pennsylvania
I hit the road and head up to Pennsylvania today to spend the day with Bryan Koch and the staff of Glad Tidings Assembly of God. I don't really do church consultations. But this comes close. They asked if I'd spend the day with them on their annual staff retreat. I always enjoy opportunities like this because I think I'm the biggest beneficiary. It gets me out of our system and exposes me to another church system and I always walk away with fresh perspective.

Hey Pastor Mark-
I've misplaced you're e-mail address and with james off in London I figured this to be the best way of getting ahold of you. as you may have heard, I've recently taken a job as Lead Networker for Alpha, DC and am also working with Power to Change, DC and since doing so have certainly been trying to stand firm on my shaky legs! : ) The reason I'm writing is to see if you'd be willing to blog about the conference, coming up October 26 and 27 at Truro, in Fairfax. Here's a link to a flyer if you want to chek it out: http://www.alphaconnected.org/conferences_2007/

Pastor Mark,
Hey man, I met you at Buzz this Summer. I was not able to actually attend the conference, but I was on a mission trip and was able to stop by. Thanks for taking time to chat with me.
I know it's been a while but you told me to email you the link to the picture that I took. here it is.

Mark wanted to thank you again for an awesome job with our minstry team. We had a great time learning, reflecting, and clarifying our strategies for 08' and beyond!!!
Fellow Lion Chaser,

Mark,
So much fun hanging out with. You've inspired us with your creativity and use of technology. Time to be on offense and chase some lions. Thanks for spending the day with us.
What a blast, Bryan! The four hours flew by. I was so impressed with the GT team. And I made it home for "back to school" night :)
Mark
