Nope, he's not in heaven yet
This week Parker's bearded-dragon, Dumbledore, died. I carried his cage out back and didn't have time to give Dumbledore a proper burial so he was still inside. Josiah went out back to see him and came back in crying.
So a little later in the day, Josiah announced to Lora, "I'm going out to check and see if Dumbledore went to heaven yet." He went out back. Came back in. And said, "Nope. He's not in heaven yet."
Made me want to laugh and cry!

Hey Mark...sorry to hear about your son's bearded dragon...that's tough stuff for a little guy and a big guy too!
I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your book...I read it last Spring as part of my morning Starbuck routine. Just a great inspirational book. I was at Catalyst last week and attended your lab...again, just really enjoyed your talk and passion. I was hoping to find you sometime throughout the conference to tell you all of this, but I read your blog pretty regulary and thought this would be a good avenue. Looking forward to your next book...I pray God's blessings on your family and church.
