1000 Pounds of In a Pit

The sixth printing of In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day is off the press. And we just got 1000 pounds of books delivered. We're doing a special deal to celebrate the sixth printing: buy a case and we'll give you a case free. Really excited about how many churches are doing sermon series and small group studies. Hope this helps get more books into more hands.

You can email resources@theaterchurch.com for details.

Mark I am a huge fan of your book. I am doing my second small group study using it and the chasing the lion guide from threads. Thanks for a killer revaluation of my life.
Ive done it with my worship team and now I am doing it with my high school youth group.

This comment has nothing to do with your book - but, I did not know where else to ask you this question! First, your podcast "Stranger than Fiction" was awesome. That is one of my favorite all time movies...and you beautifully illustrated spiritual truths in your talk. But, I am curious, you quoted Richmond Mayo Smith in your podcast ("The cause of our difficulties may be because we are living the wrong story"...or something like that). If you don't mind me asking, what book is that from? Or where did you locate that quote?

Almost all the way through the book. I have really enjoyed the material. Very timely (similar to your Andy Stanley book experience). Curious if it is possible to email a question?

Kelly,

Wish I could remember the source for that one, but I'm not sure :)

Sorry!
