The NCC Rap
Part of our staff threw together a little home-cooked rap for our volunteer appreciation dinner. Props to Jeremy Sexton for the lyrics. We laid the sound track last week. Shot the video this week. And voila!
Not sure it'll win a Grammy, but we had fun doing it. We love making fools of ourselves! And while this goes against my better judgment. You can check it out in evo-media.

Wow. That was...ummm...interesting. Seriously, though, great job.
That's funny stuff. Scary, but funny.
Homies, that was straight-up off-the-hook! You were flossin' so tight I was bustin' out some pop 'n lock during the rap, yo!
Hey, guys, that was great! Props for putting yourself out there like that.
But, ummmm.... don't quit your day job. :-)
"We need you all like Hasselhoff needed Kit"
Hahahahahahahah.....I'm stealing that line...just so you know.
I think Pastor Joel makes the best rapper out of the 4...he had the coat with the fur on it...very gangsta.
Great job homies. Keep it real.

Terry,
Joel was a little too good. It really concerns me. Please pray for his gangsta soul.

That was vintage NCCizle!
Ahhhh yeeaah! NCC settin' it straight in 2008!
I wish I was there to bust a line with my homaaays.
When I got home from the airport Sharon was still laughing! I am glad I got the chance to see it. Sorry I was on my way back from Seattle and couldn't be there. Thanks so much for putting this together...I have come to love the unexpected at NCC.
My husband and I LOVED your video clips. Motivated us to get on the ball and do the same, only with Japanese humor. Thanks for sharing your stuff... Laughed hard on your skits and on your baptism videos, were deeply moved. You're obviously doing one great job pastoring in Washington DC.

That was amazing. I'm so sad that I couldn't be there in person with my volunteehomies to enjoy the evening. I LOVE volunteering at NCC (I think it's because the kids are sooooo cute).
Hey Mark! If you get the chance to, (not that you're busy or anything) give my boy Jeremy props! We graduated together last year, he's a great guy!
