The New Jersey Turnpike

Bookmark and Share

I drove up to New Jersey today. It was a long drive, but I actually enjoyed four hours of solitude. Plus I've been flying so much that driving was a nice change of pace. But here's the crazy thing. I had to stop at an ATM to get cash because the tolls were so expensive! I only had ten bucks and my tolls totaled $13.15.

I hung out with some New Jersey pastors tonight. And I'm speaking at a conference tomorrow. Then I'll drive home and speak at NCC Saturday night. Makes for a long weekend, but I'm still so relieved to be done with my book that everything seems relaxing right now!
