Sabbath

Bookmark and Share

Today was a true sabbath.

I put my family on a plane back to DC early this morning and I had the day to myself. It's been a while since I had a day with nothing to do and nowhere to go. I hung out around the third street promenade and read for six hours.

Topped things off tonight with a visit to the Mayan where Mosaic holds its Sunday night services. Absolutely love the venue! Great vibe. And it was a great message by Erwin McManus. Love the way he communicates! I felt right at home. Very similar demographic to NCC--lots of single twenty-somethings.

Hi Mark,

I was listening to a podcast and heard you mention this quad (or something). It describes the way we perceive ourselves, the way others percive us, etc. Would you have the name for that? And any other info on it?

Sorry for the weird question.

Jess,

I'm guessing it's "the Johari window." You can google it and find some info on it.

Blessings,

Mark
