What's got 48,000 BTUs and 667 square inches of cooking space? My new grill. And all this for the price of $159. That's what I'm talking about. Our old grill was down to one burner. I could cook about about 3 dogs at a time. Pretty pathetic! Nice to have four burners. Plus, my old grill had to be lit with a match so my mid-digital hair on my fingers got singed every time I lit the thing!
To top it off, the grill came pre-assembled. One of my first construction projects, after Lora and I got married, was assembling our first grill. I lost all sense of manliness. It took me more than four hours. And Lora realized she had married an unhandy man. Pre-assembled projects are my kind of projects.
Well, time to quit blogging and start grilling!

May 13, 2006 I got a 48,000 BTU Grilla. I've grilled for 25 people on it, and it kept asking for more! I love my grill!

Because I said so blog
PM,
Real men use charcoal.
I'm just saying.....
I use charcoal about 4 times a week. More messy, yes. Longer cook time, true. But when you put on a 1 lb.grass fed filet mignon and it comes off the coals, gas seems like child's play. :-)
You maintain your manhood because it's fire. ;-)
Glad you got a new grille. Nothing like having the hair grow back.

Mark...
I agree wholeheartedly with Terry! Real men DO use charcoal! And really manly real men don't fool around with those wimpy briquet things, either! Lump hardwood all the way, baby!
Oh, and bonus manly man points for cast iron cooking grates!
Sweet. Second grills are awesome. Got my 2nd one last summer and went from a 15 year old rust bucket to a stainless, assembled 6 burner thing with a side burner for boiling corn and a side cooler for...beverages. Nice. We've grilled for 60 on it. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
I love me some grillin action. That sounds cool, Mark.
I love my grill. It's one of my favorite summer time activities although we grill year around! Hope you enjoy!
I know on our grill that we bought this last summer. I spent 2 hours putting it together. Just to find out when I was almost done that one of the first peaces I put on was backwards. Needless to say. I had to do some repenting after that project.
i worked at a hardware store during my high school years, and had to assemble a big ol' Weber grill for one of our displays. totally did it all by myself, in less than 2 hours, if i recall correctly.
those user manuals, man, im tellin' ya.... theyre a beautiful thing.
