Today

About to head over to Willowcreek for Day 2 of the Arise Conference. I'm doing two sessions today: Snakes and Doves and Right-Brain Preaching.

In my devotional readings this morning I came across one of my favorite phrases. It's such a healthy recalibration. I Corinthians 3:5 says we are "only servants." That's all we are. But what a King and what a Kingdom!

I'll hop a flight later today and head back to DC. Tomorrow is the kid's last day of school so I'm headed home for some last day of school traditions. We'll do breakfast at Eastern Market.

Looking forward to this Mark. I'm actually sitting in the auditorium right now looking at the back of your head.
Creepy, I know.

Mark, thanks for the One Prayer personal greeting. It was very cool of NCC to take time to make it special for those partcipating. Much props for you and the team that made that possible.

I'm probably 60/40 or 70/30 right-brain. Not sure there is a way to get an accurate assessment of the percentage, but that would be my guesstimate.

I really spoke "from the hip" quite a bit so it's a tough one to "re-create." Let me see what I can do. I also think the CD is available from the conference if you visit willowcreek.com.

Hey Mark,
I was in Snakes and Doves on Thursday and all I can say is WOW!! I haven't felt so revived in such a long time. I was excited to hear about all the things God is doing. I have been thinking ever since about how much more I need to be doing. Thanks so much. I supposed you'll never really know what a difference you made. My GOD is awesome. THANKS!

Mark,

I am a Christian life coach who has been following you on Twitter. My wife is the Director of Contemporary Music at our church and just returned from the Arise conference at Willow Creek.

As I was looking through some of the materials she brought home, your picture jumped out at me and I thought "I know that guy from Twitter!" Small world.

Please feel free to follow my "twittering" and visit my web site: www.NewBeginningsCoaching.ws

Also, if you know any pastors or ministry leaders who need a coach to help them achieve greater balance or effectiveness, please tell them about my services.

Keep up the good work you are doing for the Kingdom!

Your brother in Christ,
-Bill Kuntz

Hey Bill,

With Twitter it's more like two degrees of separation :) Love it!
