Off to Vegas
Parker and I fly to Las Vegas today. I'll speak in six services at Central Christian. I really covet the opportunity to speak at a few churches every year. Always get new ideas for NCC. And I've heard so many amazing things about Central Christian.
We're staying at the Bellagio on Saturday night. Excited about watching the infamous fountain show. Then we're off to the Grand Canyon for a week!

My wife Ines and I met you nearly two months ago at Ebeneezer's while we were visiting my sister Stacey McBryde for the weekend.
Ines and I both recently left the staff of the church we have served at for the last 5 years (7 for my wife). You suggested we read your book as a way for us to spend some time together, and I wanted to tell you that I just finished it and it really ministered to me. I know that God has big plans for me and that this transition is part of His master plan to use me to bring Him glory. Thanks for being true to God's calling in your life both to write that book and pastor NCC.
Also, I recently visited a friend in Memphis who is originally from Naperville. She said that you prayed something over her when she was a teen and she still remembers that vividly. Her name is Erica Schroeder, and she is a dear friend of mine from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Small world, ey?
