Voice Mail

Bookmark and Share

Sometimes my ineptitudes amaze me! I don't even know how to operate my office phone. So today I noticed a blinking light so I asked our Media Pastor, Dave Clark, for some tech support because I don't know how to get into my voice mail. Long story short, the message was from June 13. Nice! Thinking about putting a greeting on my voice mail: Leave a message and I'll try to get back to you within four months!

If you want to get a hold of me you probably don't want to call. Long live email.

Hey Mark,

This is minor...I had so many unlistened to voicemails I almost crashed the company wide phone system by letting them sit on the system too long. I knew there was a problem when the phone/tech guy requested a meeting with me...it wasn't pretty...poor guy :) Here's to email!

Hey Pastor Mark! So...
I have been reading Wild Goose Chase and God is absolutely rocking my world. Me and my wife are going through a lot...but God is so proving to us who he is! The book is not only what I need to read, but I know that God wants me to be reading it right now! Yesterday I was reading and pages 30-33...I shared it with my wife this morning and a friend of mine...God confirmed so much it is hard to even type it. Anyways...one of the things God did TODAY was...he gave me a new SONG! It is called Daybreak is upon us! Once I get a version recorded or online I will send you a copy or the link! Thank you so much my friend for doing what you do! I know it is God in you, but in your obedience God is showing up in other peoples lives! I am reading this book slow because I am trying to digest it! The crazy thing is...once we read the kind of stuff that is on pages 30-33...we really have no choice but to respond to it! Respond to chasing the Lion! Respond to chasing the goose! Be blessed my friend!

Mark, that is so funny! Remember, it's not that you can't operate the voice mail, it's just that you have so many other more important things to attend to, you just have chosen not to devote resources to it! :-)

My voice mail says, "You can leave me a message, but if you would like a timely response, please email me." Haven't had any complaints so far!
