Reverse Birthday Gift

Bookmark and Share

Two years ago I did a reverse birthday gift. Gave away several hundred copies of In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy to church planters.Thought I'd do another reverse gift to celebrate my birthday this year. If you order a case (24 books) of Wild Goose Chase or In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day, we'll throw in a free audio book. Plus you'll get a 50% discount by the case.

Email resources@theaterchurch.com for more info.

2 years ago I cashed in on your reverse birthday and you sent me a copy of IAPWALOASD (I love that abbreviation. I couldn't wait that long so I preordered a case of Wild Goose Chase. I've been giving them out like crazy. Someone on my leadership team came to me the other day and asked if he could have a few to give away because the book was changing his life. I just want to say thanks for allowing God to use you Mark and hope you have a great birthday!

Mark,

You often mention that your prayer over your books is that they get into the right hands at the right time. A couple of weeks ago, I was praying and asking God how I could be a blessing and impact someone's life. I felt led to give copies of "In a Pit" to two coworkers (my boss, who was laid off this summer and now works half-time as a contractor, and another person I've worked closely with over the years). My Amazon order came in yesterday, and I delivered the first copy today to Carrie.

She told me her mammogram report was bad and she's going in Friday for a biopsy. She asked me to keep her in my prayers, and commented that maybe this book is what she needs right now. As I walked back to my office I thought of how God had once more answered your prayer for your books.
