Heard you and Heather at the Group Life Conference and love what you guys are doing! Serendipity has created a blog to support small group leaders at http://serendipityblog.com. Would love to help out your group leaders also.
It would be awesome if your group recorded the audio and/or video from the discussions for those of us out of state who can't attend.
