Lora and I are going to spend a couple days in New York City. Love the train ride from DC to NYC. We're headed up there for the annual meeting of the Des Plaines Charitable Trust which I serve as a trustee. But we'll have some free time too. Gonna hit Carnegie Deli. Hope to hit Rockefeller Center. And we're going to Radio City Music Hall on Tuesday night for the Christmas Spectacular.

The sandwiches are huge at the Carnegie, that is what I remember most about the place. they were also very good.
I live in the BIG APPLE ... I can't believe you did not call me ... so offended ... even after I bought like 5 cases of your book ... not really offended at all ... enjoy your visit!
My wife and I will be at Rockefeller center on Tuesday as well...but we are hitting the Jimmy V Classic at the Garden in the evening
I humbly disagree with Jimmy. I think the Carnegie Deli is highly overpriced and overrated. It passed its prime over 20 years ago. The picutes on the wall reveal that celebs, with a very few exceptions, stopped coming in the 70's. Just my 33cents worth, adjusted for inflation.
