I'm headed to Nashville today to connect with the team at Threads. They are producing the small group resources for Wild Goose Chase so we're doing a video shoot this afternoon. Hope to release the study summer 09.
It's a quick fly in and fly out. Headed home tonight.

Mark ~ Greetings from Iowa. I am so happy to hear about the small group resources for "Goose"! That is awesome. For our mens group we are currently reading through "ID" and I want to expose the guys to "Goose" next and the timing will be perfect! Great news!!Thanks for all you do to make heaven more crowded! I also want to especially thank you for the web casts of your messages!
Paradigm Church in Seattle, WA, has created an incredible small group study guide book to go along with "Wild Goose Chase". It's available online here:

Mark, huge fan of yours. Read your 1st book and lead high school seniors in a small group with it. Currently reading "Wild Goose Chase". Since you have given great advice spiritually, I would like to give back. You commented on raising your metabolism by changing your workout in the gym and gave not so good of a solution. Diet and exercise are the key. Just raise your intensity with weight and sets, look around in the gym and see how hard the physically fit guys are- great metabolism from harder work. More leaner muscle = more energy burned. Also, since you read alot, the best diet book is by Chris Aceto called "Everything you need to know about fat loss" I highly recommend it to my patients.
