I've been reading your blog for a while, and I have a special request. I've only been an associate pastor for about three and a half years, so I was wondering what books you recommend to help me in my role (I'm actually a music pastor). I figure you've got to have a top ten list of your favorite leadership books (or authors?) If you've already posted something like that then I'd love to be directed to the list. Thanks. Killer question. I love books so much and have so many that it is really hard for me. I might try to publish a "best of" list at some point, but don't have anything like that right now. I am trying to periodically share "what I'm reading."
