I kissed a Computer

Bookmark and Share

The Batterson family adopted a fourth child today. His name is Mac. And you can call me Mac Daddy. This is the first time in my life that I have kissed a computer. I was so frustrated with my PC because it froze a dozen times today. It was definitely on it's last chip. So I felt a combination of relief and excitement that my computer arrived today. Perfect timing!

Got about a sixty minute tutorial from our media pastor, Dave Clark. Definitely some differences that will take some adjusting, but I'm loving it so far. Might hit an Apple store or should I say candy store.

the addiction will grow and grow and you will find yourself going to the Apple store just to "be". Just kidding, mostly, you will definitely enjoy your Mac

Good for you. I switched to Macs recently and I'm pretty sure they will take over in the near future. Macs are the best. Enjoy.

I made my switch after my HP crashed. I now wonder why I didn't switch sooner.
Is it a Macbook?

P.S. Try out a Mighty Mouse

"Mac Daddy" made me laugh so hard!

I've wanted a mac for a long time. I guess considering the only reason I have a laptop in the first place is that someone gave it to me, I guess I can't be picky for now.

I am the proud Papa of a MacBook Pro and an iPhone 3G, either of which my wife will refer to as my mistress depending on which one is occupying my time at any given moment.

Enjoy and be sure to set yourself up with some great mac add-ons like quicksilver, iStat, flip for mac, and the venerable twitterific.

Ohhh, that all Christ fervor could be as strong as Mac fervor. Welcome to a new family of zealots!
