We are now taking applications for our protege program. It's a one-year unpaid internship. You won't get rich. But you will get an experience.
You'll eventually have a portfolio with one of our ministry teams: media, worship, kids, discipleship or coffeehouse. Our greatest area of opportunity right now is in the realm of worship. We have five locations and five bands each weekend. But we're looking for proteges for each of those teams.
NCC Proteges will gain experience in the following areas:
* Develop a Spiritual Growth Plan
* Develop a Leadership Development Plan
* Serve on the Alpha Team
* Lead small groups and ministries
* Participate in an NCC missions experience
* Serve at weekend worship gatherings and outreach projects
* Be mentored by your ministry-focus department leader
* Be mentored by NCC staff
* Attend leadership development conferences with NCC team

Wish I could apply. I'm doing missions in the Dominican Republic until December.
... are there any restrictions on age for this internship???
