I'm so busy doing final edits on my next book, Primal, that I almost forgot to celebrate the one-year anniversary of my last book, Wild Goose Chase. It released on 08.19.09.
So grateful for the way God has blessed the book. It has sold as many copies in one year as it took In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day to sell in two years. I don't think that's because it's a better book. Although, I do think it's better written. I think it's because In a Pit created a wake. Anyway, thanks for reading it and thanks for recommending it.
If you need a case of books for a sermon series or small group, we'll hook you up with a little one-year anniversary special. Email resources@theaterchurch.com.

Congrats Mark. I agree w/ the wake comment. Momentum had been created and you capitalized on it-keeping it going, building on it.
Will be doing a sermon series on the Chase next month. Can't wait. We'll give a copy of the book to each person in our church.

Maybe Primal will beat both books. Looking forward to it. Congrats.
