There are only a few segments of the wall still standing in Berlin. I actually heard more of the wall is now outside Berlin than inside. The wall is commemorated via bricks in the ground that run where the wall used to stand.

I realize its a little late to comment on this post, but Berlin is such a great city. I was there in '92 and '94 when reunification was just beginning. I'd love to go back and see how its changed since then. From what I've seen on German TV over the years, the building projects, turning Berlin back into the capitol, have been massive.
As far as the wall, do street vendors still sell pieces of the wall (I actually think even in '92 they were just random pieces of pieces of concrete made to look like the wall) near the Brandenburg Gate?
