Looking for a leadership coach?
In January of 2010 I'll begin a coaching network with 12 leaders for 6 months. I meet and mentor leaders all the time. Especially love connecting with local pastors in the DC area. And I'll grab a cup of coffee with anybody and everybody. But I've really wanted to invest more intentionally and more consistently in a handful of leaders.
The goal of the coaching network is pretty simple: I want to help pastors take their leadership to the next level. That is what I experienced in a similar kind of coaching experience with Jack Hayford about seven years ago. It still ranks as one of the most meaningful and helpful experiences of my life. That was a solid week of high-octane Jack Hayford. This will be a little different format. We'll meet once a month for six months.
