Checked another life goal off the list last night.
Went to the U2 concert with Parker at FedEx Field. Too much fun. We actually got backstage passes which was cool. Didn't meet Bono, but we did meet Derek Webb. Nice guy. Great music. This is a little embarrassing, but the last concert I went to was Bryan Duncan at Wheaton College when I was in college. Should I admit that?
We were about ten feet from the main stage. Sweet seats, but my ears definitely took a beating. The craziest thing about the evening is how many NCCers were there! Said hi to at least a dozen people and a few pastors from around the area.
Favorite U2 song?
My pick is Beautiful Day hands down!

My favorite one is "Where the Streets have no name" and "40".
Where the Streets have No Names, Trying to get tickets for the Tampa show. Ears always take a beaten but well worth it!
We saw U2 opening night at Soldier Field in Chicago a few weeks ago. Seeing them live helped me love on the new album. My favorite song from the night was also "Where the Streets Have No Name."
And my favorite Derek Webb song is "Wedding Dress." ;)
6 Days to the Atlanta Show and I couldn't be more excited.
You should defintely admit going to a Bryan Duncan concert. He was the man! One of my 3 favorite voices of all times! Love him when he was with Sweet Comfort Band. SCB had one of the sweetest album covers of all times (yes I said album cover, I guess that dates me!).
Representing Team NCC on the floor at U2 last night!! I was constantly getting texts from NCCers! Too cool. Was thinking about Muse and thinking - these guys need to be playing for the Kingdom!! Totally awesome the whole thing. I thought my child would die of excitement. Thankfully she didn't!
Love Bryan Duncan, great PK
saw the show in Atlanta, Ga on Tuesday Night...it was incredible.
my pick: Still Haven't Found What Im Lookin For
