It's time for the next Primal giveaway. And the advance copies go to...drum roll...Discipleship Pastors. If you lead the small group or discipleship efforts at your church, I want to get a copy of Primal into your hands.
I honestly believe that our potential as a church is determined by how many small groups we have because God won't bless us beyond our ability to disciple people. And for us, discipleship primarily happens in the small group context. So I half-jokingly tell our discipleship pastor, Heather Zempel, that all the pressure is on her!
If you're a Discipleship Pastor and you'd like a free copy of Primal all you have to do is:
1) email tour@theaterchurch.com.
2) include your name, position, church name & address.

Would you consider free books to college ministry majors? :)
do you send them outside of USA too? I live and minister southeast of Europe, in Albania.
Mark and Heather Z.,
Our small groups have struggled for years and I've inherited some of the issues that are a challenge in every large/med. church with small groups. So, the pressure is there to meet the quantitative goals, but I've found the pressure of the Holy Spirit to be much healthier.
So to every senior pastor and small group pastor, work together with specific goals, being merciful and holding each other accountable. The witness of leadership working together like a small group is VERY powerful.
I am a 66 year old woman who has several young women in my life that I mentor. I would love to have a copy of your book. I am not officially a "pastor", but feel I do disciple (Titus 2). Thank you for considering me. Elaine

Going along with the trend, I'm wondering if you might considering sending a copy to me. I'm a Women's Small Group Leader & Teacher at my church, & am also attending seminary. I would love to read your book (and allof the others, eventually!). My husband & I attended the Willow Creek Small Group Conference on site last year (with a LARGE contingent from our church) & loved you & Heather! We've been keeping up with you both ever since, praying for your work among the 'legalists' in D.C.!
Thanks -
