Our stolen car saga is finally over. The police released our '97 Honda Accord today. Gotta love the ending to this story. The ignition was ripped out so the guy at the police lot taught me how to hot wire our car. It was the only way I could drive the car.
The good news is that my shirts and golf clubs were still there! So was the spare change. Kind of ironic that they used our car for a bank robbery and just left the change.
I'm back in the Junky Car Club baby!

Oh my. Dude, thats crazy! BTW, I have a Honda Accord too.. a 98, in fact. Speaking of "junky," mine isn't running right now. I'm driving a loaner. Say a prayer for me - if u would - that God would provide another for me. I'll do the same for you!

That is flipping hilarious! That's definitely on my life goal list, you need to share the love! Oh, and you would be a great mentor with our 2nd Saturday group that goes to the youth correctional facility!!!
So so funny!
Sounds like your "FDIC insurance" was at work even from your stolen car!
Mark,
Maybe this is a whole new category in the Junky Car Club! Sure, anyone can drive a junky car - but what's the story behind your junky car?
So far - YOU WIN!
Cecil
Your golf clubs were THERE! What a gift! I am amazed!
