This is getting ridiculous. The Midwesterner in me is loving this snow, but why on the weekends! Driving the pastor in me crazy!
Here's our snow plan at NCC: we don't cancel church. Even if it's the worst storm in DC history! We're gonna have church come hell or high snow. Obviously, we don't want anybody to endanger themselves. And we'll have the webcast live on Sunday morning so you can get the message @ home. But we're planning on holding services unless the theaters close.
At our Ebenezers location, we'll do one Saturday night service @ 4:30 PM. Right now we're planning on all three Sunday AM services @ Ebenezers.

I wanted to visit this weekend while I was in the area, however, it doesn't look like the weather is going to cooperate. Maybe next time. Blessings Mark!
Ouch, Feel your pain. We missed two out of 3 Sundays 4 years ago for two hurricanes in South Florida.

Often now, if not every time it snows I think of Benaiah - thanks to you. I was reading 1 Kings today and he is mentioned so many times! The man who killed 2 lion-like men, and a lion. Wow. I think it'd be cool to meet him in glory and talk about his life. When King Solomon wanted his brother Adonijah killed, who did he send? Benaiah! 1 Kings 2:25. Wow.
I may be from Midwest, too. So curious, any NCCers still planning to play Blizzard Football before Super Bowl party?
Football game is a toss up right now :) We'd change it to the snow bowl.
